Xemplar Energy Corp.: News Release

Further to the press release dated 2007-05-23 the Company is also pleased to announce that is has today completed its donation of $2 million (Namibia) to the recently formed Warmbad Trust. These funds will be used to benefit the entire community of Warmbad.

Drilling Progress-Warmbad

The company wishes to announce that a second drilling rig has commenced drilling on the Warmbad project. Preliminary results from the first two holes at "Big Yellow" encountered alaskite and secondary uranium mineralisation. This uranium mineralisation is in the form of uranophane.

Mike Magrum, PEng, a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, has approved the technical content of this news release.
