L.D. Stewart Winter joins Namex as a Consultant

Mr. Winter has undertaken, under the direction of Oliver T. Maki, to supervise and manage Namex's exploration programs consisting of geological mapping, drill hole logging, program planning, report writing and all other aspects of mineral exploration.

Mr. Winter taught mining at the Cambrian College, Sudbury from 1967 to 1981 and was Chairman of the Mining and Geology Department from 1967 to 1970.

Mr. Winter through his corporation Winterbourne Exploration Ltd. has from 1981 to present carried out geological investigations and managed programs of exploration for VMS (volcanogenic massive sulphides) deposits, sediment hosted lead-zinc deposits, unconformity hosted uranium deposits, porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposits, epithermal gold-silver deposits, Archean gold deposits, Carlin-type gold deposits, industrial minerals and diamonds with work in Northern Canada, the Maritimes, Ontario and Quebec, southwestern United States, China, Peru, Chile and Brazil.

Exploration is on going on all four Ontario properties. Assay results from channel, grab and drill core samples are pending as are results from MMI surveys.
