Innovotech Files With the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Novel See

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 22, 2007) - Innovotech (TSX VENTURE: - ) has filed for regulatory approval with the US Environmental Protection Agency for Agress(TM), its novel seed treatment for diseases of soy and bean crops. "Agress(TM) is a breakthrough seed treatment as it is the only product effective against both fungal and bacterial crop diseases. In addition, it has an outstanding environmental safety profile and is cost-competitive with current products" says Wolfgang Muhs, CEO of Innovotech.

Soy and bean crops alone represent greater than $500 million in sales potential annually for Agress(TM) in North and South America. The company has initial research results indicating the efficacy of Agress(TM) in treating other high value agricultural crops and is currently pursuing these opportunities in parallel with this regulatory filing.
