Windward has positioned itself as a low-cost wholesale provider of telecommunications services utilizing dedicated high capacity fiber optic cable, providing customers with high volume voice and data services to and from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It will market its services to telephone companies, independent internet service providers, and other companies with high bandwidth requirements.
