Quizam Sells OnTrackTV.com License to UK for $150,000 CDN Plus 30% Royalty Fee

Under the terms of the contract BEST is paying $150,000 for the license and 30% of all gross revenues derived there from. BEST must achieve minimum gross sales per year in order to keep the licence in good standing.
