CALGARY, Aug. 31 /CNW/ - Alhambra Resources Ltd. ("Alhambra") and DOTResources Ltd. ("DOT") announce that in accordance with standard procedures ofthe TSX Venture Exchange Inc., the trading in the common shares of Alhambrahas been temporarily halted pending the issuance of a bulletin by the TSXVenture Exchange Inc. providing for the final approval of the Plan ofArrangement which was completed by Alhambra, the shareholders of Alhambra andDOT on August 29, 2007.

Trading in the common shares of Alhambra and DOT is expected to commencein the first week of September, 2007. The common shares of Alhambra willcontinue to trade under the symbol of "AHL" and the common shares of DOT willcommence trading under the symbol "DOT".
