TORONTO, Nov. 9 /CNW/ - Lakota Resources Inc. (TSXV-LAK) (the "Company")today announced that effective immediately, Mr. Stanley Robinson has resignedas a director of the Company to pursue other business interests. The Board ofDirectors of the Company wishes to thank Mr. Robinson for his many years ofdedicated service and wise counsel.The Company also announced that it has granted 100,000 options to MichaelSkutezky, Secretary of the Company. The options have an exercise price of$0.18 and such options will expire five years from the date of grant.
