Prestige Telecom Inc. retains the services of corporate communications specialis

Under the terms of the twelve-month agreement, MaisonBrison will receivemonthly fees of $5,000 plus certain additional fees based on the nature of theservices provided. Brisco Capital Partners' agreement is effectiveimmediately, and may be terminated by either party at any time. Brisco will bepaid a monthly fee of $6,000. All fees will be paid out of the Company'sgeneral funds. No stock options have been granted to MaisonBrison or BriscoCapital Partners by the Company.
