New CIBC ENVIRO-SAVER Mortgage Offers Energy and Cost Savings for Clients

The offer, available through all CIBC branches, CIBC Mortgage Specialistsand through CIBC Telephone Banking, provides clients with a gift certificateof up to $300 to have an energy audit conducted on their home when theyfinance their home improvements with a qualified CIBC mortgage. The audit willidentify how the client's home uses energy and which improvements would offerthe greatest increase in their home's energy efficiency, leading to both lowerenergy consumption and lower utility costs over the long term. Governmentgrants may also be available to clients for some of their energy efficientupgrades.
