HealthPricer Delivers Industry's First "Customer Experience as a Service" Platfo

VANCOUVER, Nov. 22 /CNW/ - HealthPricer Interactive (TSX.V ~ HPC), aleader in online product search and comparison shopping for healthcareproducts, today announced it is launching the industry's first CustomerExperience as a Service (CXaaS) platform to rapidly deploy co-brandedHealthPricer Marketplaces for its partners.

CXaaS allows HealthPricer to manage multiple partners from one set ofcode and deploy them quickly - to allow revenues from product sales to takeeffect immediately. Further, limited integration effort for partners meanstime-to-market is short and more cost-effective. The first partner to make useof this platform is Marketing Technology Solutions when it launches itsco-branded HealthPricer Marketplace through QualityHealth.com in December,2007.

On the front-end HealthPricer can easily and quickly help its partnersconfigure their own marketplace, such as the display of products and productcategories, and the branding of entrance and marketplace pages. On theback-end, partners have access to product display controls as well asanalytical tools, such as reporting on product conversion rates and visitorsto each product area. The CXaaS platform is flexible to enable sites based ondifferent domains or push back to a central marketplace, depending on thebranding approach of each partner.
