Entertainment One announces final distribution to unitholders

As disclosed in Entertainment One's March 29, 2007 press release, areserve of $0.03 per unit, or $999,977.79 in the aggregate, was held back as areserve to be held until all liabilities and obligations of Entertainment Onehad been satisfied and any associated expenses had been paid.
It is anticipated that the final distribution of $0.030353 per unit willbe made shortly.
