Timberland increased its diluted earningsper share 11% to$0.31 compared to $0.28 per share in the third quarter offiscal 2006. Netincome for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, increased 4%year over year and12% from the quarter immediately prior. Fiscal third quarternet incometotaled $2.14 million compared to $2.06 million for thefiscal quarter ayear ago and $1.92 million for the quarter immediately prior.All pershare data has been adjusted to reflect the 2-for-1 stocksplit in the formof a 100% dividend paid on June 5, 2007.
