Carlaw Capital Corp. Announces Change of Directors and Officers

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 31, 2007 -- Carlaw Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") (CDNX: - ),a capital pool company, announced the resignation of Mr.Ravi Sood from its board of directors, effective August24, 2007. However, it is the intention of both the Corporationand Mr. Ravi Sood that he will be re-appointed to the boardof directors immediately following the annual and specialmeeting of shareholders to be held on September 21, 2007.

In addition, the Corporation is pleased to announce theappointment of two new directors. Mr. Richard Kimel andMr. Robert Campbell have both joined the board of directorsand have resigned from their respective positions as Secretaryand Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
