CEGEDIM : 2007 Half-year financial report

The CEGEDIM Group has decided to publish a purely narrativefinancial report for the first half of 2007, within twomonths of the close of the period, in compliance with the16 October 2006 guidelines of the Autorité de MarchésFinanciers (AMF). Neither the consolidated half-year results,nor the statement by the person responsible for the financialinformation, nor the Statutory Auditors report are includedin this document.

The figures cited in this report will be subject to a limitedreview by the Statutory Auditors as part of the publicationof the half-year results planned for the end of October2007.

This report is issued pursuant to article 221-3 of the AMF'sGeneral Rules and Regulations. It is notably available onthe Company's website at ,under the heading Investors/Financial Information.
