Active Biotech's Election Committee Appointed

LUND, SWEDEN--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 22, 2007 -- In accordance with the decision bythe Annual General Meeting onApril 19, 2007, the election committee shall consist ofrepresentatives from the three largest shareholders as atthe endofOctober and the Chairman of the Board.

The election committee for the next Board election consistsofJohnnySommarlund for MGA Holding, Tomas Billing for NordstjernanandUlfStrömsten for Catella funds.

Headed by the Chairman of the Board, Mats Arnhög, theelectioncommittee will prepare a proposal for the composition ofthe Boardtobe presented to the Annual General Meeting on 7 May, 2008.
