MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 22, 2007 -- Yorbeau Resources Inc. (Toronto: - ) is pleased to providethe following update on its 2007-2008 drilling program whichis being carried out on the Augmitto, Cinderella, and LacGamble Blocks of the Company's Rouyn Property. The resultsare from the first phase of a minimum of 5,000 meters definitiondrilling on the Augmitto Block intended to validate goldgrades. The data generated during this definition drillingcampaign are currently being integrated into our exploration3D model and geological interpretation is underway.

Hole 07-S-442, located on the most promising section 5300Ehas returned a weighted average grade of 10.99 g/t Au over8.5 meters along core axis (4.5 m true width) at a coredepth of 29.0 to 37.5 meters. Another mineralized sectionwas intersected at a shallower core depth, from 17 m to18 m at an average weighted grade of 7.95 g/t over 1 m alongcore axis. Visible gold is observed in quartz-carbonate-tourmalineveinlets in carbonatized and silicified ultramafic rocks(green carbonate ore) at a core depth of 34.20 m (40 tinyspecks) and 36.40 m (2 specks).

"During 2007, the Company drilled more than 5,700 metersin 38 holes, of which many have encountered potential oregrades and widths, and abundant visible gold such as inhole 07-S-422. Of particular note are the shallow depthsat which these high grades are being encountered. This highsuccess rate is very encouraging and bodes very well forthe 2008 program. A drilling exploration campaign consistingof 10,000 meters will continue in 2008 to target new goldstructures and to demonstrate continuity laterally and atdepth of the mineralized zones comprising the Augmitto historicalresources", said Dr. Thomas L. Robyn, President and CEOof Yorbeau.

Hole 07-S-442 is 50 m West of section 5350E along whichhole 07-S-425 returned the highest grade intersection todate from the definition drilling program (20.78 g/t Auover 3 meters or 1.9 m true width). Other high grade goldintersections have been previously reported in core fromdrill holes located along the same section as hole 07-S-425,which are: hole 07-S-426 (10.77 g/t over 4.1 m along coreaxis), and hole 07-S-424 (5.02 g/t over 8.5 m along coreaxis).

A zone of tectonic breccia was identified in the high gradegold zone of the carbonate ore in hole 07-S-442 at a coredepth of 33.95 m. Disseminated sulfides (pyrite, arsenopyriteand minor chalcopyrite) are locally observed in the mineralizedzone. It is important to note that the same tectonic brecciawas also intersected in hole 07-S-421 at a core depth from9.5 to 9.8 meters and in hole 07-S-422 at a core depth from78 to 79.74 meters. Previously reported assay results indicatethat the best mineralized intersection in hole 07-S-421was observed at a core depth from 18.0 to 24.7 meters ata weighted Au grade of 14.00 g/t over 6.7 m along core axis.In hole 07-S-422, the most promising intersection was observedat a core depth from 90.0 to 96.3 meters at a weighted Augrade of 4.65 g/t over 6.3 m along core axis.

Gold assay results from other definition drill holes notpreviously reported are presented in the following table:

To date 31 definition holes totalling 3,960 meters holeshave been drilled on the Augmitto block. In addition, 7exploration holes totalling 1,779 meters have been drilledon the Cinderella block to test the Eastern extension ofthe Augmitto gold zones at shallow depth (maximum 300 m).Gold assay results are pending for definition drill holes07-S-443 to 449 and exploration drill holes 07-S-450 to456. A location map is available on the Company's web site.

The qualified persons under National Instrument 43-101 areThomas L. Robyn Ph.D., CPG, RPG, Louis R. Bernier P.Geo.,Ph.D. and Paul Blanchet, P.Eng. Samples were analyzed atLaboratoire Expert at Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. Mineralizedcore samples are analyzed by fire assay method and reanalyzedby fire assay + gravimetry when they returned more than3 g/t Au whereas core samples with visible gold are systematicallyanalyzed by metallics sieve method. Samples having morethan 3 g/t Au that were not analysed using the metallicsmethod are being re-analyzed by another laboratory.
