Fitch Affirms 1 RMBS Class from Prudential Securities FAFC 1993-4

--Class A affirmed at 'AAA'

The affirmation, affecting approximately $518,000 of the outstanding certificates, reflects the adequate relationship of credit enhancement (CE) to future loss expectation. As of the October 2007 distribution date, the transaction is 170 months seasoned and has a pool factor (i.e. current mortgage loans outstanding as a percentage of the initial pool) of 0.22%. The pool has incurred cumulative losses of only 0.02% since inception and no loans are currently delinquent.

The collateral of the above transaction consists of prime, 15-year, fixed-rate mortgages secured by first liens. The loans are master serviced by Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., rated 'RPS1-' Rating Watch Evolving by Fitch.
