--$286,133,341 class 1-A-1 (senior certificates) 'AAA';

--$55,722,499 class 1-A-2 (senior certificates) 'AAA'.

The 'AAA' rating on the senior certificates reflects the 25.35% total credit enhancement. The classes 1-A-1 and 1-A-2 certificates are a replacement to the class 1-A certificates that were initially issued by the trust in Aug. 30, 2007.

The interests evidenced by the classes 1-A-1 and 1-A-2 certificates constitute the entire beneficial ownership interest in REMIC IV.
