IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Carrington Laboratories, Inc. (OTCBB: - ), a research-based, biopharmaceutical and consumer products company, will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss third quarter results on Tuesday, November 27, 2007, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (3:30 p.m. Central Time). Third quarter unaudited financial results will be released earlier the same day.
