Emclaire Financial Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend Increase and Special Cash

As a result of this fourth quarter dividend, regular dividends declared for 2007 total $1.19 per common share representing an 8.2% increase in annual dividends from the $1.10 per common share declared and paid in 2006. This quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend yield of 4.4% based on the stock’s recent closing price of $27.00 per share.

In addition to the regular quarterly dividend, the Board declared a special one-time cash dividend of $0.35 per common share also payable on December 21, 2007, to shareholders of record on December 3, 2007.

David L. Cox, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, noted that this increase in the quarterly dividend and special one-time dividend reflects the Corporation’s continued positive and improving financial results and earnings growth during the first three quarters of 2007.
