Forrester Research Sees 4Q Sales Growth

The company said it expects to earn 22 cents to 26 cents per share on revenue of $54 million to $56 million. Excluding costs for stock options and other adjustments, Forrester predicted income of 30 cents to 32 cents per share.

In the fourth quarter of last year, the company reported net income of 23 cents per share, or 31 cents per share after adjustments, with revenue of $48.9 million.

For the full year, the company expects to earn 78 cents to 82 cents per share, or $1.09 to $1.12 per share after adjustments, on revenue of $207 million to $210 million. That compares with earnings of 70 cents per share last year.

Forrester shares rose $1.21, or 5.3 percent, to $23.88 in morning trading Tuesday. The stock has ranged from $20.28 to $31.36 over the past year.
