PepsiAmericas Buys Bulgarian Bottler

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- PepsiAmericas Inc., the largest bottler of Pepsi beverages, said Tuesday it completed the purchase of Agrima JSC, which bottles PepsiCo Inc. drinks in Bulgaria.

PepsiAmericas bought the company through a joint venture. It currently owns 20 percent of the venture.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company said the deal will not have a "material financial impact."
