UGI's Top Accounting Officer to Retire

VALLEY FORGE, Pa. (AP) -- Propane gas supplier UGI Corp. said Wednesday a top accounting executive will retire next spring after more than 30 years with the company.

Michael Cuzzolina, 61, has been principal accounting officer since 2003. He joined UGI in 1974 and served as chief executive of the company's Austrian subsidiary, Flaga GmbH.

UGI will name a replacement before Cuzzolina's retirement.
