Atlantic Southeast Airlines Names COO

Holt will replace Bryan T. LaBrecque, who announced his retirement earlier this month, and Anthony J. DiNota, who in October resigned as COO from the airline to pursue another career opportunity.

Holt was previously vice president of flight operations at St. George. Utah-based SkyWest Airlines and responsible for all airline operational control, operations control center, crew support, training and standards, and corporate safety functions.

Shares of SkyWest added 74 cents, or 3.1 percent, to $24.82 in afternoon trading.
